Katlin is a certified Yoga Therapist and ERYT200 / RYT500 Yoga Teacher and has completed her level 1 postpartum doula training. She has been practicing yoga and mindfulness techniques for almost 20 years.
She specializes in mental health and women’s wellness. Her goal is to help her client’s transition gracefully through all of their life’s changes and upheavals. She offers workshops, group classes and one-on-one yoga therapy.
