BECOMING A PRENATAL YOGA TEACHER

This course is designed for people who have already taken a 200-hour yoga training. You are welcome to take the course even if you have not yet taken your 200-hour, or if you’re planning to soon, but please keep in mind that you will only be able to register as an RPYT through Yoga Alliance if you have an approved 200-hour already. You can take this course, THEN do a 200-hour and subsequently register for RPYT.

It is also an expectation that you have an established yoga practice. Prenatal yoga is gentle and is made for all bodies, but it works best if you have some pre-established knowledge and have practised yoga before.

Please feel free to reach out to us at any time to discuss further before enrolling.
