Gender based violence (GBV) is a central dimension of the oppression experienced by women, girls, and trans people. In feminized professions such as birth work, workers can become targets specific forms of GBV. This is prevalent, but rarely discussed and services for GBV survivors are not usually geared toward support workers.

This webinar will provide a framework for GBV in feminized labour, and offer practical strategies for recognizing, disrupting it and moving forward from it.
